Homemade Baked Pizza
Today we decided to Bake Homemade Pizza including making the dough. Watch how Noah made this homemade deluxe pizza
We went the healthy route of using wheat flour and the seeds of flax, chia, and hemp. The mixed seeds will help you digest the food faster.
To make the homemade dough, you will want to follow these instructions.
Use 3 1/2 to 4 cups bread flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 1/2 cups water, 2 tablespoons olive oil.
All all the ingredients to a bread mixer or to a bowl. If using a bread mixer, you will want to set the settings to the dough.
When using a bowl, mix the ingredients until the dough becomes firm. beat until the dough forms into a ball.
If the dough is sticky, add additional flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together in a solid ball.
If the dough is too dry, add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Scrape the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead into a smooth, firm ball.
After mixing all the ingredients, we put it in the bread maker to mix and beat the dough.
After the dough was just right, we rolled the dough ball out with a rolling pin. We shaped the dough round to fit the XL pizza pan.
After the pizza was in the pan, we put some pizza sauce all around the bottom of the pizza.
We then added some Mexican style cheese to the top of the pizza until the whole pizza is covered in cheese.
After adding the cheese, we then added some pepperoni all around the pizza ending in the middle.
After finishing up the pepperoni, we add the pineapple all around the pizza, then we top it off with some nacho jalapenos.
